Curio Cabinet

I spend too much time on Twitter cruising through various writers’ timelines, soaking up all of their awesomeness. This time, my bad habit paid off in the form of an ARC. Carol Beth Anderson graciously offered me an e-copy of the ARC of her newest release, The Curio Cabinet, and as a huge fan of her 50-word stories on Twitter, I was ecstatic.

The Curio Cabinet is a collection of fifty-word long short stories that span topics from tales about first kisses to enchanted tattoos. There are four shelves: In Other Words, Love in Miniature, Rhythm & Rhyme, and Curios.

Each story is a delightful and pleasing bite of great storytelling. These stories made me laugh, gasp, cry, and love, and I adored it all. I gladly rate this five out of five stars.
